Please tell me I’m not the only one to buy bananas and then wait and wait and wait and then they’re too ripe to eat. Wellllll they’re not too ripe to make banana bread. In fact, that’s how you want to make banana bread! Let those bananas hang out on your counter because there really will be some goodness coming, trust me.
I couldn’t believe how amazing this banana bread was. Baking is one of those things that sometimes intimidates me because there’s so much measuring, so many dishes, so much checking on the oven to make sure it’s the right consistency.
This banana bread is totally worth it! After all, it’s topped with an amazing chocolate sauce. Which is actually just chocolate chips (and a little bit of oil for the shine ;-p). Sign me right up for some more of this amazing banana bread with chocolate.
Now that you have the recipe I’ll be right over!
I’ve been collaborating with my friend Talaia over at Whole Yum and I’m so excited to show you guys what we have in store the next few months!
Have a good day, tomorrow is Fridayyyyyyy!!
