This gumbo takes heat to another level and is full of wonderful goodness-chicken and sausage! Feel free to omit the habanero peppers. Just a warning!

Once your chicken is cooked, you’ll want to go ahead and take the meat off of the bone and tear into small strips/pieces.
Cook up your sausages and set aside on a plate lined with paper towel.
Once you’re done with the chicken and sausage you can throw it all into the pot with the other veggies.
Once you’re all done simmering for about 1.5 hours, (I know, it will feel like an ETERNITY) you can finally make yourself a bowl with some rice. Enjoy!
