This chunky guacamole is a twist to traditional guacamole and takes just 5 minutes to put together!
There’s something about potlucks that I really enjoy. One person does not have to be in charge of preparing all of the food along with entertaining everyone for the night. I like potlucks because it gets people putting the love into the food! Obviously it’s easier and more time efficient to pick up something at the grocery store when you’re already there and then boom, that’s it.
But where’s the fun in that? And where’s the love? Well if you are nervous about cooking and you aren’t sure what to make then maybe this chunky guacamole recipe is for you!
This guacamole is made with colorful fresh veggies and it comes together with lime juice.
It’s always fun to change up the routine- this is definitely a chunky guacamole so think of it like a thick salsa!
Chunky guacamole or traditional guacamole, I’ll eat it! In addition to this guacamole, I’ve also got some other yummy dips that you might enjoy- Mexican Street Corn Salsa and Black Bean, Corn & Avocado Salad are both some other really great bites to bring to your party!
