This blog recipe is highly inspired by my love for Greek inspired dishes. Hellooooo Greek Breakfast Omelet! We all knew I couldn’t stop there!
I’m obsessed with nachos. Any kind of nachos. Anyone of anyone that knows me know MY LOVE FOR NACHOS. I’m such a texture person and love crunchy things and those crunchy things taste even better topped with copious amounts of dressing. or sauce. or cheese. or veggies. pretty much all. of. the. things.
What I love about these nachos is that I had most of the ingredients already in my pantry. Olives- check. Tomatoes- check. Feta cheese- check. Pita chips- check.
How great is that! That pretty much means it was destiny to make these amazing greek pita nachos.
This nacho recipe is really healthy and it comes together in just a few minutes. I totally gravitate towards nachos that are smothered in queso and meat and all of the things, but I feel really good about these guys. It makes a great snack and you won’t feel so guilty because it’s just simple Greek ingredients!
Please pardon me to go attend to these heaven sent nachos!
