I was at my parent’s house recently and they had a brilliant idea of bringing over some things we could cook on the grill. My stepdad was so excited about his new grill and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to grill some dinner!
Not to mention this will be lunch for the rest of the week. So brilliant! This is probably one of the easiest ways to make chicken. You’ll just mix together all of your seasoning, rub it all over the chicken with some olive oil, throw it in a bag to marinate for a little while and then throw it on the grill when you’re ready!
This chicken would be great to eat on a salad or with some veggies or even on sandwiches. You name it!
